Project Summary:
Denbow successfully installed 30 cubic yards of PlantZone soil into designated pocket planting areas on riprap along the North Vancouver Foreshore. This initiative was executed in collaboration with Inlailawatash, Tsleil-Waututh Nation’s Environmental Arm, as part of a comprehensive habitat restoration effort.
Four rock wall structures were constructed within the intertidal zone of an existing habitat offset site, which were subsequently filled with Denbow PlantZone soil then hand planted by Inlailawatash’s team, to enhance the ecological function of the area.
